At age 15, when a gift of an electric guitar sparked a new interest, Jonathan began a life long journey of music. From unique guitar solos to catchy rhythms and lyrics, Jon is a force to be reckoned with!

Singer, Song Writer
Jennifer's roots in music go back to her toddler years of making up songs and singing for her parents. Jen brings vocal creativity to the group by adding original parts to Jon's music and writing her own music and lyrics. Jen's musical inspirations include her midde school music teacher, Corinne Terlecky, Stevie Nicks, and Whitney Houston. Jen brings the energy during performances and you'll be sure to want to join in!

A Partnership is Born
"More Like Shawn" is a story about a man named Shawn that both Jen and Jon worked closely with. Even after losing his life, Shawn continued to inspire people, and music! Upon writing and recording this song, Jon presented it to Jen, unaware that Jen was a singer! Touched by the song, Jen asked to join the recording..... and the rest is history!!
Jonathan's Myth was born in 2022 based on a shared love for music and helping others. Jon is the primary song writer however Jen has recently released multiple songs with original music and lyrics. Jon is the instrumental mastermind, and is responsible for all the instruments you hear! Fans can expect fun, messages of love, and a variety of live instruments at their acoustic and plugged-in shows!

The Meaning Behind The Music
Both Special Educators, Jon and Jen love helping others, spreading messages of love and kindness, and encouraging acceptance for all. Their songs tell stories of real life issues, their own personal experiences, and struggles we all face; tackling issues such as suicide prevention, depression, homelessness, social injustices, and human tracking. While some songs feature difficult topics, their messages are uplifting and inspirational words to remind you that you are not alone! They make music because it helps them and because they want to help you too! With a focus on positive mental health and themes of community and support, Jonathan's Myth is sure to uplift you every time you listen!
